We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders placed on the site for all orders over £120
How long does order processing take?
Order processing takes 3-5 working days
How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom and Europe: 1-2 working days
USA and Canada: 3-4 working days
Rest of the world: 3-5 working days
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not home to receive your package when delivery is being made, the courier will not leave the package at the address and re-delivery will be attempted the following day. A signature is required for delivery.
You can also leave a special note when placing an order, if you would like to specify where you would like your package to be left if you will not be home when delivery is expected.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified by the customer, item not collected when delivery has been missed) then we will inform you immediately on arrival of the returned package. You will be given the choice to either re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. You will be charged for the package to be resent out to you.
Please note that for cancellation of an order that was undelivered through fault of the customer, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We are fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we keep our customers' happiness at top priority. We do run quality checks on all of our hair before, and also again during order processing to ensure it's quality before being sent out to you.
We are more than happy to refund your order if you decide to cancel your order but please make sure you do sure within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not be processing any refunds after this point.
For guidance before placing your order, send an email over to email@example.com and we'll be able to give you more details about our hair products/textures and answer any questions you may have.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order upon receipt, we are happy to exchange your order for you as long as the hair is sent back in the exact same condition it was sent out in (i.e hair bundle wraps still around the bundles). Any bundles that have been washed, combed and/or altered in any way will not be accepted.
We can assist in shipment of the hair back to us but you will be liable for covering any associated shipment costs.
