Assistance before ordering

We are always happy to help our customers in making sure they are confident in what they are ordering. You may need advice on the best texture to order before placing your order or you may want to see photos of our customers wearing the hair to make sure it's exactly what you want.

If so, please send an email over to help@miyihair.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How to order

It’s all pretty easy! Take your time browsing the products in the store and as soon as you’ve found a product you want to purchase, click on it, and add it to your cart. Head for the checkout then enter your details and follow the instructions for delivery and payment. 

Setting up an account

You have the choice to either sign up for a customer account or checkout as a guest. There are many benefits of signing up for a customer account including: saving your personal and payment details for use next time and tracking your order(s). Fill in your details and choose a password to keep your account private. Click Submit and that's it! You can start shopping straight away.

To log out of your account, just click log out. Next time you visit, click Log In then enter your email address and password.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order, we allow 24 hours only for you to either amend or cancel your order after the order has been placed. Send an email to help@miyihair.com and someone will be able to assist you.
