Your order is almost out of order processing but seems to have been flagged as potentially fraudulent, due to the mismatch in your billing and shipping address. 

Are you able to confirm why the addresses are different? 

Can you also verify/provide us with any form of identification that proves you are the cardholder of the card used to place your order so we can proceed with dispatch of your order.

A screenshot of our transaction in your bank account would be enough for verification. Please do feel free to scribble out / cover up any sensitive information for security.
